This past Wednesday Elvis Marmolejo, Eddy Sanchez, Aurora Smart, and Nathan Crandall zipped up their blue jackets and headed to Nipomo High School to see who is the Best Informed Greenhand. The Best Informed Greenhand Competition is for first-year members of the FFA to test out their knowledge of basic history and facts about this organization. This sectional activity gave these greenhands a look at the bigger picture of the FFA! |
On Thursday our November meeting was a success! Members had fun participating in games like a pumpkin pie eating contest and the Dating Game. This month's "What Would You Eat For $5?" was titled "Thanksgiving Dinner." The ingredients included vegetable soup, beans, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, and chicken nuggets mixed together with a blender. Here are some announcements:
